Mollie Sawyer

Mollie P. Sawyer is a Kentucky-based nonprofit executive, entrepreneur, restaurateur, and author with more than 20 years of experience in business administration and leadership. Raised in Lexington, Mollie has built her career around bringing people together, strengthening communities, and creating meaningful experiences. Alongside her husband, she owns and operates a local restaurant, where she channels her love of hospitality. She is also the author of A Kentucky Adventure, a children’s book inspired by Kentucky’s history, landscapes, and stories. Outside of work, Mollie enjoys chai tea, birdwatching, horseback riding, and photographing the beauty of her home state. Staff member since 2026.
