Born in Hopkinsville in 1885, she
was admitted to the KY Bar and was
a member of the KY Equal Rights
Assoc. As a suffragist and the first
president of the KY League of Women
Voters, she fought to secure the
ratification of the 19th Amendment.
She was an officer in the KY
Fed. of Business and Professional
Women. Bronaugh died in 1973 and
is buried at Riverside Cemetery.
