The Boy Scouts of America was incorporated on February 8, 1910. During that first year, Reverend Clinton S. Quin, Rector of Grace Episcopal Church, organized Troop 1 in Paducah. By 2016, Grace Episcopal Church had continuously chartered Troop 1 for more than a century, providing meeting facilities and volunteer leadership. Over.
