Celebrate the Run for the Roses with historic Kentucky traditions. The Kentucky Historical Society joins community partners for the Downtown Derby Celebration by hosting family activities, including making Derby hats at the Old State Capitol in historic downtown Frankfort. Our campus comprises three museum sites, all open from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. for tours.
