Board Meetings

Pursuant to KRS 171.311 § VI, the Kentucky Historical Society shall hold quarterly governing board meetings in the months of January, April, July, and October.  The meeting location is the Thomas D. Clark Center for Kentucky History, 100 W. Broadway St., Frankfort, Kentucky. 

A special meeting of the Kentucky Historical Society’s Governing Board will be held via Zoom video conference on Monday, May 23, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. EDT/ 9:00 a.m. CDT to discuss only one business item to be called on the agenda:  KHS Employee Recognition Awards. The Zoom video conference link to this meeting is https://us06web.zoom.us/j/86373828202, Password: 546788. This meeting will also be live-streamed through the KHS YouTube channel for viewing by the members of the Society and the general public.

ANNUAL MEETINGS

Friday, January 21, 2022 - Board Meeting

Friday, January 21, 2022 – 1:00 p.m. EST

 

The Governing Board of the Kentucky Historical Society will hold its 2022 first quarterly meeting via Zoom video conference on Friday, January 21, 2022, beginning at 1:00 p.m. eastern standard time. Members of the Society and the public may watch this meeting in its entirety as it is being live-streamed on the Kentucky Historical Society’s YouTube channel. The agenda for this meeting can be found here and the minutes from the October 15, 2021, Governing Board meeting can be found here.  This meeting is being held virtually due to the ongoing surge in the COVID19 pandemic for the safety and health of our board members, our members, the public, and our staff.
