Board & Annual Meetings
Pursuant to KRS 171.311 § VI, the Kentucky Historical Society shall hold quarterly governing board meetings in the months of January, April, July, and October. The meeting location is the Thomas D. Clark Center for Kentucky History, 100 W. Broadway St., Frankfort, Kentucky.

Annual Meetings
Pursuant to KRS 171.311 § VII, the Annual Meeting of the members of the Kentucky Historical Society shall be held on the first Friday following the first Monday in November.

The quarterly meeting of the KHS Governing Board will be held on Friday, July 19, 2024, at 1:00 p.m. EDT/12:00 p.m. CDT in the Brown-Forman Room of the Kentucky History Center, 100 West Broadway Street, in downtown Frankfort, KY. This meeting is open to KHS members and the public and press under the Kentucky Open Meetings Act.
