Red, White and Blue at the Story Trail - July 14, 5:00 - 6:00 pm
Celebrate America 250 with a special Story Trail adventure! Read the book “F Is for Flag” by Wendy Cheyette Lewison and Barbara Duke, as you embark on a Young Patriots Scavenger Hunt along the trail.
This isn’t a typical hunt where participants look for hidden items! Instead, each clue will help families observe, think, and share ideas about what makes our country and community special. No wrong answers here!
After the hunt, we’ll finish with a quick patriotic emoji magnet craft, so you can take a little piece of the celebration home.
This program will be held at the Story Trail located at Bob Amos Park, just below the Overlook Events Center.
