Day Camps
Make, play, and investigate history at our signature week-long program for ages 6-12. Participants explore KHS exhibits, meet special guest speakers, collaborate with new friends, create art inspired by history, and engage in hands-on games and activities. With small class sizes, quality supplies, and top-notch teachers, campers will have a great time learning about Kentucky's history.

Girl Scout Workshops
Explore history hands-on and express creativity while earning a badge. KHS partners with Girl Scouts of Kentuckiana and Girl Scouts of Kentucky’s Wilderness Road to offer an Overnight at the Museum and a Civics Day at the Old State Capitol.
Mark your calendar for our Blast from the Past! Overnight on October 10, 2025. Participants will gain an exclusive patch with activities that can be used towards multiple badges regardless of your troop’s age level!
