Brittany Petty
Museum Programs Coordinator
Brittany proudly grew up in Central Kentucky. She graduated from Western Kentucky University with a BA in Art History and Broadcasting: Film and Television production before earning an MA in Art History and Visual Studies at the University of Kentucky. Brittany worked at the International Museum of the Horse, taught courses at Bluegrass Community and Technical College and Georgetown College, and is now the Museum Programs Coordinator here at the Kentucky Historical Society. With a focus on K-12 programming, you can find her giving school tours on the KHS campus and visiting classrooms throughout the state.
