Lucy's family took her to museums on every family trip and long weekend. Growing up in these spaces fostered a deep love of history and art in her, and she knew she wanted to work in museums before she graduated high school. At the University of Louisville, Lucy combined her passions with a Bachelor’s in History and a minor in Art History before earning an M.A. in Critical and Curatorial Studies from the Hite Art Institute. After interning at the Frazier Museum and teaching several weeks of summer camp there, Lucy decided to pursue a career in museum education. She hopes to spark a passion for history in the next generation, or at least teach them that history can be fun.
