Bill has always been drawn to libraries and the information sciences. In high school, he showed friends how to utilize the card catalog. His passion for library science developed while working as a student assistant for the Interlibrary Loan Department in college.

Bill came to KHS as the first Genealogy Intern while in Library School where he worked on the first Kentucky Ancestor’s Town Hall in 2017.  Now he provides access to the library holdings and helps patrons find the information they need through reference services.

Bill is a member of the American Library Association and the Ohio Valley Group of Technical Services Librarians.  He holds a Master of Science in Library Science degree from the University of Kentucky and a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Northern Kentucky University.
