Andi grew up in southern Kentucky and spent time with her family visiting numerous parks that gave her an early appreciation for history and nature. She has worked for state and national parks, including Natural Bridge State Resort Park and Mammoth Cave. During these roles as a naturalist and Park Guide, Andi created interpretive tours and educational programs that blended Kentucky's natural wonders with our state's rich history and diverse culture. It gave her a chance to share her passion for history and to be a steward of Kentucky's story to visitors from all over the world. Andi's role as the Visitor Services Coordinator ensures that all visitors and groups who come to KHS and its museums are given outstanding customer service from the moment of registration to when their visit ends. She holds a master's degree in Park and Recreation Administration from Eastern Kentucky University. While not at work, she is fond of traveling to new cities, hiking, gardening, and is an active member of the Sheltowee Trace Association.
