Historic Gardening

Learn how the Native Americans domesticated plants to be the first farmers in Kentucky. Get your hands dirty by planting native crops in the Kentucky Historical Society’s

educational garden. Make a terrarium of your own to take home.

Instructor: Megan Sauter

For ages 5-12.

$10 for first child. $5 for every additional child. Members will receive $5 off the total registration cost.

Registration required because of limited space. Call 502-564-1792, Ext. 4408.

Payment is due the day of the class. Classes begin by checking in your child at the front desk of the Thomas D. Clark Center for Kentucky History.
