Celebrating Kentucky State Parks

July 17-21 | Ages 6-8

The beautiful landscapes and state parks of Kentucky will be our inspiration for this weeklong camp.

Teacher: Jody Jaques

Students will create painted landscapes, graphic displays and learn about ways they can enjoy the tranquil natural beauty of our state parks. This camp includes a hike to Frankfort’s own Leslie Morris Park on Fort Hill, and to Riverview Park for inspiration. Students will also find inspiration in the work of Kentucky artists who have been inspired by the parks and natural settings of our state.
