Kentucky Wildlife Center visits Camp ArtyFact

Today’s camp, “Wild About Wildlife” enjoyed a visit from the Kentucky Wildlife Center! Students saw several animals: a baby beaver, a baby skunk, a baby coyote, and a baby raccoon. The Kentucky Wildlife Center shared conservation and protection efforts in Kentucky. Throughout this week students will view a variety of wildlife related collections from KHS, and will create new artwork inspired by the things they have seen. But they truly enjoyed this chance to see these creatures in real life.

The students work will be a part of a student developed exhibition being researched and developed this summer. Follow our progress though this blog.
