Community Historians: Heritage Touring

Kentuckians served in all branches of the military during World War I, and more than three hundred achieved special honors. This service medal is inscribed, "Louisville welcomes home from overseas the old fighting first 138th field artillery."

Heritage Touring

This annual one-day workshop for museum guides, docents, and educators explores ways of improving tours and related educational programs for museums and historic sites. The event includes hands-on sessions, discussions, and opportunities to network with front-line staff from sites statewide.
