The Kentucky Historical Society provides services and technical assistance that aid Kentucky's communities, citizens and organizations in preserving, promoting and valuing the state's history.
We work with Kentucky's citizens to encourage awareness and appreciation for all of Kentucky's history. We also work with museums, historical societies, genealogical archives, battlefield sites, historic houses and other related groups to aid in the development of high-quality interpretation and conservation of the state's historical resources.
