Conducting an Oral History (PDF)
Here is a quick fact guide and check list for preparing, conducting and processing an oral history interview.
KOHC Interview Release Form (PDF)
For all interviews being donated or conducted for the Kentucky Oral History Commission, we require this interview release form be signed and submitted with all recorded material. Without legal permission to use the oral history interview, we are limited on how we can share the information with the public now and in the future.
KOHC Interview Information Form (PDF)
With every interview conducted for or submitted to the Kentucky Oral History Commission we request that an interview information form be filled out and submitted with any recorded interviews. This will help us more seamlessly and quickly incorporate your interview into the KOHC collection.
