Micro minidress, 1969
When Kathryn Stephanski wore this cotton dress to the Derby in 1969, heads must have turned. The miniskirt was a defining fashion of the 1960s. By 1965, it had evolved into the micromini. Modesty suggested the under shorts that were part of this outfit. Donated by Kathryn Stephanski and Linda Miller.
